The Saginaw Valley Railroad Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1982 to preserve and display to the public, artifacts and information which is significant to the history of American railroading.

This Historical Society is headquartered in the Saginaw Railway Museum, a restored 1907 Pere Marquette depot that stood in Hemlock, Michigan until it was moved to Saginaw in 1983.

There is an HO scale model train display in the basement, operated by the Society.

Come see us, either at the Museum or at this site, to learn about trains and railroad technology! We'll show you how they were and now are, along with railroad lore and legends, through our changing display of artifacts, tools, photos, maps, and more.
