10 minutes for a table greet, people who got there when we finally placed our order got their drinks 5 minutes before we did, so basically sat for 15 minutes in a restaurant with only 3 occupied tables. No welcome or greeting from the server who was splattered with food and trash. Staff does not wear the JR uniform, all of them look disheveled, cook switches between dish tank and griddle without washing hands. Restaurant dirty and in generally poor cosmetic condition. Food is good like most Johnny Rockets, they couldn’t screw that up, but had to wait another 30 minutes from time of order. I am pretty sure I saw a roach running around under one of the tables. An hour for lunch is unconscionable, poorly run store and bad multi-unit operator overseeing it. Calling the health department.
When we walked in we weren’t sure where to go, there wasn’t much instruction. After we figured out where to sit, the waitress messed up our drink order. The waitress wasn’t writing the orders down, intending to memorize the orders. We got the fries 15 minutes later, and ANOTHER 15 minutes later we got our food. By the time we got it, we were long finished the fries. I had a cheeseburger. The cheese was weird looking and seemed processed. The bun was soggy and slightly burned. It was extremely overpriced. The bathrooms were out of service. This was not a good experience.
It was good, the service is a bit slow but if you are looking for a burger it's alright
I had been to Johnny Rockets in another state and it was great and a fun place to go. So I found out there was one closer to us so I decided to take my kids. WHAT A JOKE!!! We walked in, were not greeted and just stood there while the waitress talked to some people at the counter with her. Then I walked straight up and she said (with an African accent I could barely understand) "sit anywhere". There were 2 couples in the whole place and the waitress kept going in the back so we got our own menus. Then we ordered. The food was like a "ghetto friendlys", which isn't that good to begin with. I asked the cook for a knife because the waitress was no where to be found. I dont know if he didnt understand but he just looked at me. He waited until she came out of the back again and he pointed at us. Instead of coming over she told me to wait while some guys ordered 7 shakes. I ended up cutting my burger in 1/2 with a plastic fork. My daughter drink cup was all dirty inside it. We could wipe it with a napkin. We finally decided to order shakes. And that is the ONLY reason I give this place 2 stars because they were very yummy. So I basically WASTED $50.00 for a greasy, broken, soggy bun burger. Some soggy, over cheesed fries. A dirty glass of Hi-C, an unsweet iced tea and 2 shakes. For friggin $50.00... WHAT A JOKE!!!!
Food OK...but expensive. I ordered take out and they forgot one of 3 items... which I didn't realize until I got home.
